Our Story
Brick House Pizza’s story starts on the Jersey Shore in the 1980s, where our founder, Glenn Pilon, began making pizza as a young teenager. What started as a simple passion quickly became a lifelong craft, one defined by hard work, good food, and family.
After moving to Apopka, Glenn and his family decided it was time to bring a true taste of home to their new hometown. All of Glenn’s kids have attended Apopka schools, with his two oldest graduating from Apopka High School, and one of them is now continuing the family tradition, helping to grow the business into the next generation.
Years later, Glenn brought that same dedication to Florida, where he and his family took over a local restaurant in Orlando called Pisa Pizza. Over time, Pisa earned a near five-star reputation, loyal customers, and even a spot on the Orlando Best Pizza Places list.
Today, Brick House Pizza is a small, family-run shop rooted in community, quality, and pride. Glenn’s son Adam now works alongside longtime family friend Justice to help lead the next generation of the business, building on the foundation Glenn started decades ago. Together, they are committed to carrying the tradition forward while continuing to serve Apopka with the same heart and authenticity that began on the Jersey Shore.
From our family to yours, cheers to good pizza and good neighbors.
